Returns and Refunds Policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received
All original packaging and seals must be intact
Proof of purchase is required
If a wrong item is delivered, the item must be returned to us first. Once received and approved, the correct product will be shipped.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for sending the item back.
Restocking Fee
A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount for all approved returns.
This fee does not apply if:
You received a faulty item
You received the wrong item
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect
Original shipping charges are non-refundable
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return parcels.
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Delivery Address & Responsibility
Orders are delivered to the address provided at checkout
We do not deliver to PO Box addresses
Please keep tracking of your package. We are not responsible for loss or theft once delivery is confirmed.
A signature may be required upon delivery. By placing an order, you authorise delivery to another person at the address if you are unavailable.
Missed Deliveries
If delivery attempts fail due to customer unavailability:

Late delivery does not entitle cancellation or refusal of the order.
